The first few years of a trees growth (and deer are not an issue), a tree trunk guard can be used to shield your younger tree trunks from damaging string trimmers and protect your younger tree trunks against bark damage from light equipment, small rodents and pests. Tabs on one side of the tubes may be used to connect additional tree tubes to fit larger diameters. Tree Trunk Guards are 9" high with a 4" diameter suitable for an 8" diameter or larger and can be reused for up to 10 years or more in all weather conditions.

Tree Trunk Guards install quickly and easily, simply wrap around the base of tree, up to 4" or 8" diameter. The self coiling characteristic of the tubes allows for tree growth without adjustment. The LDPE material is softer than other types of plastic, so it will not scratch tender bark. The UV-treated plastic tubes resist both sun and water enabling the tree to withstand rain and watering without deterioration.
